Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynecology or Medical Ultrasound

Offers healthcare professionals a flexible opportunity to recieve British Higher Education in the UAE, to consolidate their basic knowledge of imaging science and core subjects (obstetrics, gynaecology, general medicine) through an integrated modular structure. 

The program will consist of a blended learning approach that will include practical onsite training aswell as online teaching via learning portals, taught by faculty from the UK that will provide academic support throughout the course.

Skills gained will include core and advanced obstetrics and gynaecology scanning, recognition of common and rare fetal anomalies, fetal cardio-vascular system examination and full vascular ultrasound scanning techniques.

Programme Duration:

• Approximately 12-24 months duration
• Candidates must undertake a minimum of three modules to be awarded the programme exit qualification/certification. 
• On successful completion candidates will be awarded 250 credits for each module and receive their Diploma.
• All modules will end in knowledge and practical exams.
• The upcoming session will start in March 2022
