Gymnastics Time was established in 2006 as one of Dubai finest gymnastics clubs that cater to the training needs of all ages for recreational gymnastics programs. The training is provided for all levels ranging from beginners to competitive level.

The classes are designed to improve the strength, motor skills, flexibility, motor skills, self-esteem and physical confidence of all students alike. It incorporates challenging exercises led by expert instructors.

Girls aging 6 years and older can join this class It focuses on the basics of balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of girls. Kids will learn about the basics of gymnastics.
Adults Classes (12 Classes Package) is offered by Dubai Circus School.
One-time personal training (one-on-one with the coach) Ages 1.5 years old to 10 years old
This course is designed for 3-4 years old boys. It focuses on the basics of balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of boys. Kids will learn about the basics of gymnastics.
