The basic food safety training is a computer-based PowerPoint presentation with set in videos with a duration of 1 day. 

It is a one-day training with 4 hours duration; which includes two coffee breaks (5 minutes), a lunch break (30 minutes) and Examination hour (30 minutes).

The aim of the course is to develop knowledge about principles and practices of food hygiene in food processing environment, hotels and catering to ensure compliance with local legal food safety requirements.
