It will show you best practice and provide you with a complete and through insight into the complete training cycle – it will show you how to create added value at every stage of the process.

An additional benefit is that we will take a look at your individual training style and consider how you can adapt that style in a range of situations to maximize effect.

Course Objective:

 By the end of the program, participants will be able to:
 
·         Integrate training with the core competencies and strategy of the organization.

·         Identify the various methods to conduct a Training Needs Assessment (TNA).

·         Write Instructional Learning Objectives (ILOs) and design a training session on a topic of their choice.

·         List ways to facilitate the transfer of skills from the workshop to the workplace.

·         Deliver a thirty-minute training session and exchange feedback related to their training session.

Course Certificate:

Masters Certificate will be issued to all attendees upon course completion.
