Introduction to Detection and inspection procedures in criminal proceedings 

This course aims at familiarizing participants with the necessary and significant conditions for the procedures of seizure and inspection in the Code of Criminal Procedure, and the matters to be observed by the supervisors of judicial control, and when the lawyer can raise the pleading of improper seizure and inspection, as well as the legal implications of the nullity of such seizure and inspection. 

Course Objectives  

• Familiarizing participants with the concept of seizure, inspection and inspection areas. 

• Familiarize participants with the necessary conditions for fulfilling the validity of seizure and inspection 

• Knowing when seizure and inspection procedures can be invalid 

• Statement of when the nullity of the seizure, inspection and legal implications of the such nullity can be raised.
