ISO 13053 - Lead Implementer Training

You will learn about implementation and management of Six Sigma project as highlighted and required in ISO 13053:2011. You will get a thorough understanding of best practices performed in the implementation of DMAIC methodology as per ISO 13053. 

The training is consistent with practices of project management as per the prescribed model is ISO 10006 standard. It is also compatible with ISO 13053-2 . You will become an expert with skills to help any organization in implementation and management of this system or manage a team that's implementing it. You will also learn to prepare an organization for ISO 13053-2 auditing.

Day 1: Introduction to ISO 13053 and initiation of a Six Sigma project

Day 2: Define and Measure phase of Six Sigma projects

Day 3: Analysis and Improvement according to Six Sigma

Day 4: Six Sigma control, continuous improvement and audit

Day 5: Certification Exam
