Litigation Skills Before Judicial Authorities

The course was designed to develop advocacy skills before the competent courts for the purpose of improving legalists’ competence in the field of preparing pleadings by developing their intellectual, legal and practical skills in writing legal memos supporting pleadings, and to state their argument and the relevance of their role in legal proceedings and how they were prepared.  

In addition to indicating the methods of proceedings, being aware of the elements of the pleading memo and the substantive statements for their preparation, as well as the material statements of the case writ.  

Course Objectives:

• Achieve a qualitative addition for legal researchers in cases of dispute between parties, and inform the jurists of the disciplined legal rules that determine the method of recourse to the judiciary. 
• Statement of the most important evidentiary, adjudication and sentencing proceedings on the basis of legal memos prepared for this purpose, through which litigation proceedings are conducted, rights are guaranteed and accessible in the department of law. 

• Consolidation of the general principles of recognized and established pleadings in various legislations aiming at the good judiciary and the adjudication of disputes.
