You will learn about front crawl, breaststrokes, back strokes etc. You will learn to perform and improve these skills. The kids will also be taught about butterfly kick and be able to swim two lengths of the pool consecutively.
These are an indoor swimming facility training classes led by an experienced instructor to teach you the fundamentals of swimming like developing breathing pattern, body balance, enhancing endurance and much more.
These are mixed classes where both male and female are accommodated. Separate classes for ladies are also available. This unique program allows your body to work harder due to the higher resistance of water
