This course is designed for Adults. This is a combination of Hip Hop, Lyrical, Contemporary, Street Jazz and Jazz dance. The students practice different routines every two days and they learn about new styles along the way.

Sharmila started teaching dance in the year 1999. The company 'Sharmila Dance' was established in the later year of 2006.
With over 20 years of dance training experience, Sharmila dance center distinguishes itself by breaking the class into 4 sections. The sections are as follows:
Warm Up
The warm-up routine remains the same throughout the year.
Fitness
It is essential for any aspiring dancer to have the right stamina and strength that is required in dance.
Corner Work
Students, work on coordination, flexibility, and technique as well as the ability to learn to pick up choreography faster.
Routine
The class routine is taught at the end of each class and lasts for two weeks.
This is an Elementary Dance class for Teenagers where we focus on building their core and improving their techniques and postures.
Contemporary dance classes are available at Dashing Dazzler covering both basic and advanced levels. Each session is one hour long.
This package includes a single session of contemporary dance. This dance style is a combination of different elements from Modern Dance, Ballet, Hip Hop and Jazz. It works on building a more fluid technique. It increases your core muscles strength and enhances your balance and flexibility.
