Train the Trainer

Program Overview:

This workshop further develops the skills and expertise of those individuals who have the responsibility to train others.  During this program delegates will learn how best to; assess needs, design program material, facilitate group learning and deliver high impact training programs.

As the requirement to train new processes & procedures, share knowledge and, facilitate meetings increases, so managers, and company employees at all levels need to develop their ‘Training’ skills further.  Presentations and meetings may become more challenging and complex or may involve a larger audience or more diverse stakeholders. 

This workshop aims to develop the existing skills of the delegates to maximise the impact and effectiveness of their communication, both internally and externally.

This program is therefore aimed at individuals who wish to increase their confidence and improve the general effect of their training delivery in meetings and workshops. 

The style of this program will be very practical and hands on, requiring delegates to participate and conduct real presentations and facilitate simulated meetings.
