It is our job to get you fit, fast, and strong. We use the CrossFit method and specialize in functional training across a variety of modalities to improve your health and performance.

Our workouts are tailored to suit your unique needs. We believe that our training method will help you to be better prepared for everyday life, both physically and mentally We use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, and our bodies rather than machines. We use numerous elements from disciplines including Athletics, Weightlifting, and Gymnastics. When you come to CrossFit Hayat you will see that we are a community, not just another place to train.
