The sessions are based on floor, beam, bars, and vault, while students will try to claim their first Proficiency Badge. The kids will get experience in all the core areas of the gym.
In recreation 2 sessions, older children will try to build upon the skills and fundamentals of balance, strength, rhythm, artistic style and coordination. By working on floor, beam, bars, and vault, the kids will develop their abilities and enhance skills on different apparatus.

10 classes that is valid for 2 months (Ages 1.5 - 10 years old)
This course is designed for 3-4 years old girls. It focuses on the basics of balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of girls. Kids will learn about the basics of gymnastics.
5 classes that is valid for 2 months (Ages 1.5 - 10 years old)
This class is designed for children of 6-8 years old. Children are coached to master sports and gymnastics skills.
Valid for 1 month with 1 week freezing (in-case there's a missed class) (Ages 1.5 - 10 years old)
