Program Overview

Being able to communicate and articulate the organization's business mission and values and to build, motivate & lead a team to success are the critical factors that differentiate the winning leader from their low-performing peers.

This program has been specifically designed to meet the demands of current and future leaders of people, specifically those who are in the process of building a truly effective team. Delegates will be given the opportunity to examine in detail their personal style of management and leadership through a variety of self-evaluation models, tools and processes. 

We will explore the factors which go to make a truly high performing team and we will uncover the secrets to truly inspirational and motivational leadership.

There is no such thing as the perfect individual, but it is widely acknowledged that the perfect team can be created through the bringing together of a balanced group of individuals who have clear direction and a common aim for excellence. 

Inspirational leadership, competence in managing conflict in the workplace and a clear appreciation of the skills required for positive influence and motivation on others will be practiced on this programme.
