  • Identifying the barriers to communication

Day-2 Module one – Team Conflict and Challenging Team Situations                                      

  • Clarifying team roles and responsibilities
  • Productive vs. destructive team behaviours
  • Leading through difficult team scenarios
  • Improving the performance/behaviours of individual team members
  • Resolving team conflicts - individual and inter-team
  • Leading multiple teams

 

Day-2 Module two - The Team Leader as “Motivational Coach”

  • Defining the Leaders role as “coach”
  • Developing a coaching culture
  • Applying the GROW model in practice
  • Understanding the significance of personal and team motivation.
  • Setting action orientated performance goals
  • How to be pro-active in your relationships.
  • Essential coaching and motivational qualities to achieve top quality performance
