Bodytree Wellness Studio

Bodytree has been offering health and wellness to the Abu Dhabi community since 2007, firmly cementing this grass roots space as a home away from home. Having initially started as Soma Pilates and Yogatree Studios, they combined under one license to become Bodytree Studio in 2011.

Nadia and Sharifa Sehweil, and Elina Nykanenrozycki, founders of Soma and Yogatree wanted to provide a more holistic approach to exercise, focusing on mind and body education whilst in a supportive environment. Their vision was to create a community centre for all ages where people could escape their hectic lives and work towards wellness goals.

Now fully owned by mother and daughter duo, Nadia and Sharifa; providing the best health and fitness classes, workshops and treatments to the people of Abu Dhabi has been at the forefront of Bodytree’s intentions since opening back in 2007.  This core value of promoting holistic health ensures that the chain reaction of positive human behaviours that benefits society, never ends.

With the rapid, organic growth and success of the Bodytree’s ethos to provide accessible wellness through movement, mindfulness, nutrition, and holistic healing, in the spring of 2020 Bodytree realigned its branding to hone in on remaining a centre of the Capital’s wellbeing education and practice.

Bodytree consistently positions itself ahead of the curve through its distinctive services, including a solid schedule of regular group classes and workshops curated by international experts, a dedicated team of professional therapists in massage, Reiki and nutrition, and leading quality events for both corporate and community alike.
