UniHawk has a special modus operandi. Just like every superhero has unique superpowers, we have our own, which is SECI. We believe that helping a student achieve their goals, harness their untapped potential, and hone their skillset requires a process beyond academics. SECI is that process. It stands for Socialisation, Externalization, Combination, and Internalization.
