Weston Skills Training

At Weston, our mission is to enhance learners’ communication and English language skills to develop their effectiveness in the workplace. Weston provides two main services tailored to industry sectors and job functions in the Middle East: Communication Training Workshops and Business English Courses.

Weston’s approach to teaching focuses on making real communication the focus of language learning by providing students with opportunities for simulation of meaningful exchanges.

All the materials used in the classes are authentic and tailored to the learners’ industry and geographical region. Weston’s business English courses follow CEFR guidelines and prepare learners for Cambridge English Qualifications.

All courses are delivered remotely combining videoconferencing and interactive presentation software to ensure a fully immersive learning experience. All English instructors are highly experienced and hold a MA of Applied Linguistics and TESOL.

Weston’s training workshops are designed for non-native English speakers in the international workplace. We combine developing key communication skills with improving English language ability.

Our hands-on method involves engaging students in real-life scenarios tailored to their industry and job functions. We focus on growing learners' communicative competence so they will develop the ability to express opinions, present ideas and negotiate in an international workplace.

The training engages students in real life simulations and allows the instructor to analyse language skills. The workshops focus on more advanced communication addressing phonetics, stress, formal writing and non-verbal communication skills.
