You will learn to use piping techniques for making layers in the desserts. You will start making dessert from the scratch and learn about the entire process it takes. Elegant garnishes will be made to enhance the presentation of the desserts.
This class will teach teach you how to make cake pop batter, cake pops hand rolling techniques, decoration of cake pops, proper technique of dipping the cakes into chocolate and reparing an edible flower arrangement.
You will master brownies making in this class. You will also learn to decorate the brownies by using chocolate garnishes.
This class provides the opportunity to learn about baking red velvet cake and covering the cake with fondant.
You will learn about the different types of cup cakes in this class. In addition to this, you will also learn about Making chocolate and vanilla butter-cream frosting and Cupcake decorations.
