These classes are designed to be more challenging and fun-oriented while assuring the safety of children. It focuses on developing stamina, agility, strength and it combines different exercises, games and teambuilding activities.
This course is a combination of cardio vascular exercises mixing the powerful and energetic movements of Bollywood dance, together with zumba, while dancing to the beats of modern Bollywood music. It is suitable for all levels.
This is not a normal, competitive SPIN class. MOTION is a 45 minutes’ session practiced in a dark candlelit room and designed to inspire, motivate and raise your soul while giving you a full body workout and burning up to 1000 calories per session.
