This is a 3-day course which will be given by our Head of Education Faculty. Each day consisting of 8 hours with short breaks to keep trainers fresh throughout the days.
These 'Hit Fitness Training Sessions' come with many physical health benefits. it includes a wide variety of exercises such as floor exercise, ground level, exercises for calories burning etc.
This session will introduce you to different Pilates equipment which gives you the real experience of Pilates workout. It includes some of the equipments designed by Joseph Pilates himself such as the Universal Reformer, Chair, Trapeze Table
Zumba workout classes are available at Dashing Dazzler covering both basic and advanced levels. Each session is one hour long.Â
This course is carried out by keeping in mind all the essential fitness elements sought from Zumba. You will workout low and high intensity moves in a quest to lose calories, gain flexibility, maintain balance and improve muscle conditioning
