This workshop will train you to gain the skills of auditing Quality Management System in the Automotive industry based on ISO 16949. You will learn about different techniques, procedures, and principles for auditing which will be useful for you in managing a team of auditors.
You will be able to perform external and internal audits in compliance with ISO 19011. You will also learn about performing certification audits as per ISO 17021.
All the skills necessary for conducting an audit like communication skills with customers, audit program, managing auditor team, conflict resolution etc will be developed by the participants in this program.
Outline:
Day 1: Introduction to QMS concepts as required by ISO/TS 16949
Day 2: Planning and initiating an ISO/TS 16949 audit
Day 3: Conducting an ISO/TS 16949 audit
Day 4: Concluding and ensuring the follow-up of an ISO/TS 16949 audit
Day 5: Certification Exam
