ISO/TS 16949 - Lead Implementer Training

You will learn about management and implementation of an automotive quality management system in compliance with ISO/TS 16949:2009. You will get a useful insight about the best practices involved in implementing management systems in an automotive field.

The entire training is compatible with the guidelines highlighted in ISO 9004. 

Outline:

Day 1: Overview of ISO/TS 16949 and initiation of an AQMS project

Day 2: Planning the implementation of the AQMS project based on ISO/TS 16949

Day 3: Deploying the AQMS based on ISO/TS 16949

Day 4: Monitoring and measuring an AQMS; certification audit of the AQMS

Day 5: Certification Exam
