1.This programme will prepare you for the most advanced culinary arts and you will have the skills to run a restaurant on your own.
2.You will be taught in a real operational environment where you will acquire practical skills about professional finishing.
3.You will learn about menu development, restaurant operations, plating and presentation, professional dining preparation, standardized hospitality services, palate development, purchasing, managing and running a restaurant.
4.For increased individual attention from the teachers to the students, the class size is limited to 6 students.
5.You will be taught about all of these skills from the school’s restaurant where you will observe and experiment real operational activities closely.
This is a structured class where the students have the opportunity to take individual classes or take the whole course as one package. In this class you will learn about culinary skills and fundamental techniques from our qualified and professional chef instructors.
