This qualification offers an in-depth understanding of the general HR principles. It is designed to validate your understanding and competency of the core HR skills and knowledge. 

Eligibility:

• One year of experience in a professional-level HR position + a master’s degree or global equivalent,
• Two years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
• Four years of experience in a professional-level HR position + a high school diploma or global equivalent
