This will include such issues as recruitment and selection, retention, disciplinary and grievance issues, performance management, training and development and the use of competencies.

 

The course will also address the main skills required in Personnel/HR Assistants in order to carry out these responsibilities. This will include influencing skills, assertiveness, presentation skills, coaching and counselling and handling conflict.
