The Person-in-Charge (PIC) program is an initiative by Dubai Municipality Food Control Department in order to establish food safety ownership in every food business in the Emirate. It is provided by internationally recognized awarding bodies accredited by The Emirates International Accreditation Centre (EIAC)
It is a legal requirement that all food businesses should have a PIC per shift, He/She will be responsible to comply all the food safety practices and requirements.
