This course is designed to give you comprehensive knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene skills for all food handlers in order to avoid food spoilage, food positioning and different foodborne diseases.
This 'food hygiene' training will provide the delegates with adequate knowledge and understanding of the basic food hygiene techniques and provision as stated by the law.
This qualification is aimed at professionals who are responsible for developing and maintaining a HACCP system in a catering environment.
