GHP Manager Training is a Sharjah Municipality accredited mandatory Food Hygiene training program introduced as a part of Sharjah Food Safety Program
Food safety training is crucial and plays an important role in shaping the food safety culture in a food establishment. This training provides managers and supervisors with the skills and knowledge required to ensure food safety.
Who can attend:
The program focusses on the food sector in Sharjah, which includes food service (restaurants, hotels, coffee Shops, catering), food retail (Supermarkets, Groceries), food trading, Foodstuff warehouses and food manufacturing businesses. The supervisors, managers and chefs in above-mentioned facilities can attend this course and should be present on-site on a daily basis.

After the successful completion of the training:
The candidates can appear for an examination at Sharjah Municipality. To pass the examination the candidates have to achieve 14 marks out of 20. Candidates who pass the exam will receive certificate issued by Sharjah Municipality which is valid for three years. Two unsuccessful exam attempts will require retraining.
