This is a Beginner to Elite gymnastics program designed for kids of all levels from toddlers to 12 years old kids. The small coach to gymnast ratio ensures personal attention to the students.

These classes will help in overall development of your kids. It incorporates speed, flexibility, balance, coordination, discipline, power and strength.

For girls age 8 to 14

It entirely focuses on increasing balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of girls ageing 6 and older. The instructors will help your kid to expand their knowledge of gymnastics basics.

These Recreation 1 & 2 sessions are a combination of general gymnastics workout. The sessions are based on floor, beam, bars, and vault, while students will try to claim their first Proficiency Badge.

Gymnastics classes are offered by Dubai Elite Gymnastics Academy for students aged 7 years old and above. These are private sessions where the students will enjoy one-to-one sessions from the instructors.

This course is designed for 3-4 years old girls. It focuses on the basics of balance, core strength, coordination and flexibility skills of girls. Kids will learn about the basics of gymnastics.
