This is a mandatory training for all Abu Dhabi Emirates food businesses. The participants will be taught about the essential 4C's of food safety namely called 'Cleaning, Chilling, Cooking and (avoiding) cross-contamination'.
This One Day training program focuses for those who are working in Catering or Manufacturing Company. Learners gaining this qualification will know and be able to apply the knowledge at all stages of food production.
The training can be conducted either in our approved training centre in Abu Dhabi or in your company premise.
