This is a group class of two students. The focus is on the culinary skills.

In this programme, you will learn about professional kitchen and professional finishing skills. The professional kitchen skills will equip you to apply for commis-level chefs.

Upon passing the final exam, the students will be awarded with a certificate approved by the Government of Dubai, KHDA.
